Currently the artwork Red Slide can be seen in Manila, The Philippines, where it was brought for the Contemporary Art biennale Manila Biennale: Open City. The artwork was created in 2012 for Rauma Biennial Balticum, Finland under the theme of human nature, focusing on the essence of the human mind.

This urban intervention – a bright red slide with a fallen soldier constituting its base - has come to be one of the most prominent and eye-catching objects in the context of Manila Biennale and continues to attract a constant flux of people. Apart from intriguing the masses, the work is aimed at raising awareness about the past and confronting the tensions of today.
