On 9 April 2025, the sculpture "Good Morning" was unveiled on the balcony of the building at 10B Elizabetes Street.

The 122-year-old witness of Riga's history - the Art Nouveau house on 10B Elizabetes Street, designed by Mikhail Eisenstein - has a new inhabitant. An expressive man has come out onto the balcony of the legendary building with a wide gesture and a shout of "Good morning!" greeting both the citizens of Riga and the city's many visitors.

Responding to the call of the inhabitants of this space, sculptor Aigars Bikše has created a sculpture in cast stainless steel with a polished surface that reflects everything around it. It is the image of the young and eternal Riga citizen.

In creating the sculpture, the artist has used visual references to the portrait of Sergei Eisenstein, the famous film director and son of the building's architect. In this way, the work also instils a cultural-historical layer in which architecture, film art and contemporary sculpture meet. The sculpture "Good Morning" will greet and address everyone who looks up at the building at 10B Elizabetes Street.
